Protecting Microsoft Excel files in Dropbox

LinkedInTwitterFacebookGoogle+PinterestEmail

With our award-winning security software, XLSafe CORE, protecting Microsoft Excel files in Dropbox happens automatically with the default security settings.

By storing your Microsoft Excel file in Dropbox, users will require to enter an authentication token provided by the license administrator.

The authentication token specifies the period for which the user is allowed to access the spreadsheet.

The license administrator can also revoke access to the spreadsheet at any time. The access table which is available via the XLSafe CORE admin panel shows the current authorised users and their respective time expiration attributes.
